WHPVMF combine hydraulic pump is made up of bi-direction variable piston pump, bi-direction quantitative motor , cycloid boost pump , valve assembly , oil filters and other components.
How it works:
Power device drive the piston pump to convert mechanical energy into hydraulic energy; hydraulic energy is converted into mechanical energy through piston motor to provide torque for executive component. Piston pump and motor constitute closed loop , boost pump supplies leaked oil . Piston motor output shaft drive the running device to realize the machine’s forward, stop , back functions.
Application and features on the combine harvester:
1 Easy Operation: Harvester with HST can fulfill retreat, commutation and stable CVT by operating a pedal lever
2 Strong applicability: regarding hydraulic pumps, motors,and valves, HST are doing all-in-one right with light weight .it not only easy to realize all-wheel drive, power output and pulse width modulation, but also can add variety of electronic control device to achieve electrification ,improving harvester performance.
3.Flexibility: Harvester with the HST can walk in a very small turning radius with a very slow speed, it can turn or go in and out the site flexibility.
4.High efficiency: HST’s unique design reduce weight, shorten pipeline,lower power consumption, improve the efficiency, its overall efficiency is up to 80%; According to different conditions, load and the harvested grain number, stem thickness, moisture content , HST changes oblique plate Angle, adjusts the flow and the output torque to make harvester operation more efficient.
